Elizabeth (Betsy) Spawn joined Anderson & Quinn, L.L.C as an associate in March 2005. Ms. Spawn is responsible for the litigation of small claims cases in Maryland.

Ms. Spawn was born January 16, 1978 in Crofton, Nebraska. She subsequently moved to Pipestone, Minnesota, and obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University in 2000. She attended law school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and obtained her J.D. in 2003. During law school, she participated in the Environmental Moot Court, a Bankruptcy Clinic, and worked as a law clerk for an intellectual property firm and a telecommunications firm. She subsequently moved to Washington, D.C. and began a clerkship in Maryland at the Howard County Circuit Court for the Honorable James B. Dudley and the Honorable Raymond Kane, Jr.

Ms. Spawn has been admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland since December 2003, and in the District of Columbia since March 2006. She currently lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
