C. Scott Osborn joined Anderson & Quinn, LLC as an associate in 2010. He works in the firm’s general litigation and business transactions practice.

Born in Columbia, Maryland, Mr. Osborn received his undergraduate degree from Towson University in 2002. Mr. Osborn then earned his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2005 where he served as a board and staff member for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. After a clerkship with the Hon. Diane O. Leasure of the Circuit Court for Howard County, Mr. Osborn was an associate attorney at a boutique construction law firm in Towson, Maryland for four years.
