Virginia Vile Tehrani

Virginia Vile Tehrani joined the firm in 2017. Ms. Tehrani’s practice is client-focused and centered in Maryland and Northern Virginia. She represents clients in the fields of criminal defense, personal injury, wills and trusts, business property litigation, healthcare reimbursements, and civil litigation.

A native of Tennessee, she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002. She then moved to Virginia to attend law school at the College of William & Mary School of Law, graduating in 2005. In 2008, while practicing criminal defense and family law in Northern Virginia, she concluded her education at the George Washington University School of Law, with Highest Honors, in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Tehrani moved to Maryland in 2015 when she married an area native, coming from a long-time practice in Virginia. A dedicated trial attorney, Ms. Tehrani has served in Virginia both as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney for approximately ten years and is well versed in criminal law. She has tried hundreds of cases, argued even more motions during her practice, and has tried many jury trials. While she prosecuted in Newport News, Virginia, she worked on three murder cases, one of which was the City’s only capital case.

In addition to her criminal practice, Ms. Tehrani has also practiced in the legal fields of family law, business creation, wills and trusts, and debt collection. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the Virginia and Maryland State Bar Associations, along with the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association.
