Donald P. Maiberger

Donald P. Maiberger is a member of Anderson & Quinn, LLC. Prior to joining Anderson & Quinn, he was a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to criminal investigations and domestic intelligence.

In 1963, Mr. Maiberger received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross. He earned his law degree in 1966 from St. John’s University. He is member of the New York, District of Columbia and Maryland Bars. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and Maryland.

Over the years, Mr. Maiberger has tried hundreds of Workers’ Compensation matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has also tried civil cases, including automobile negligence, false arrest and malicious prosecution, as well as premises liability and toxic torts cases. In this capacity he has negotiated favorable settlements and resolutions through mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Maiberger has been designated as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is a Charter Member and former President of the Association of Compensation Insurance Attorneys, as well as a member of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Education Association. Due to his expertise in the field, Mr. Maiberger has been invited to lecture at Association conventions. In addition, he is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

In recognition of the high quality of representation that he has given to his clients over the years, Mr. Maiberger has earned the designation of a Maryland “Super Lawyer” as well as Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating.
